Stable Motion (sole trader, Sweden) is responsible for your personal data in Walk the Course. Contact: wtc@stilleequestrian.com

• Email address, or your Apple sign-in identifier, and your name if you share it through Sign in with Apple
• Horses, course maps you upload, walked courses, ridden rounds and your notes
• The date of your next show, if you give it
• App usage events and whether course reading worked

• To run the app: sign-in, saving your courses and rounds, and stride suggestions (legal basis: our agreement with you)
• To improve course reading and the app (legal basis: our legitimate interest)
• To remind you before your next show (legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by removing the date)

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

Supabase (storage and sign-in, EU), Vercel (hosting and course reading, USA) and Anthropic (course reading, USA). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Until you delete your account in Settings. Then your personal data is deleted. Usage events, and course maps with how they were read, are kept without any link to you to improve the app.

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Sweden: IMY).

Walk the Course is not intended for children under 13.
