Payment. Full payment is required before production begins. After you submit your order, you'll get a Stripe payment link within 24 hours. Production starts once payment is confirmed and the product has arrived — whichever comes later.
Product handling. Ship the product securely — Stille isn't liable for damage or loss in transit. The product is returned after shooting unless otherwise agreed.
Usage rights. Organic social usage is included as standard. Paid social usage requires an add-on (50% of package price for 6 months, or 100% for perpetual rights) — see package details on /ugc.
Revisions. One revision round is included per package. Additional changes are quoted separately.
Cancellation. Free to cancel before payment. Once payment is received and production has started, the order is non-refundable.
Delivery. Final files delivered within 5–7 business days of product arrival and confirmed payment, whichever is later.
